Rebecca Zhang, the founder and CEO of TG Cargo, leverages two decades of expertise to drive the company’s success even in the most challenging circumstances.
Rebecca’s academic and professional journey spans three distinctive countries: China, France, and Canada. Beginning with her undergraduate studies in International Trade in China, she proceeded to complete her master’s degree in international commerce (Asia-Pacific) in France. This diverse international background has equipped her with extensive work experience across a wide array of industries, during which she held pivotal roles at several prominent companies.
During her tenure at a Vancouver-based Tech company from 2013 to 2019, she discovered a strong passion for logistics operations and supply chain solutions. This passion inspired her to establish her own company with the goal of providing exceptional service.
Rebecca thrives as a working mom, embracing the juggle of career and family with pride. She’s committed to paying forward by mentoring fellow logistics professionals, particularly women and mothers, boosting their competitive edges. When she’s not conquering the industry, you might spot her cycling with her little one along the seawall – a dynamic duo on the move!

Linda boasts fifteen years of industry experience and has been an integral part of our organization for over thirteen years. As our operational leader and a standout expert in ocean freight, she ensures the smooth navigation of both team management and the seamless flow of shipments. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge have garnered her the trust of numerous customers. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, swimming, and music.
Jie Sun
Site Operation Manager
Jie holds the esteemed position of Chief Operating Officer at the port, with an impressive 15-year tenure in the industry and a dedicated fourteen year journey with our team. Positioned directly at the port, he diligently oversees the intricate flow of overseas cargo, adeptly troubleshooting and ensuring the flawless loading and unloading of shipments.
He has a passion for soccer and a keen interest in new technology.

Air Freight Lead
Meet Katie, known for her meticulous work ethic and exceptional international trade background. With extensive professional exposure spanning diverse countries and regions worldwide, she possesses a distinct ability to approach logistics through the lens of the customer. Joining the team in 2021, she has devoted two years to her role, primarily focusing on airfreight import and export operations. Her hobbies include hiking, badminton and reading.

Global Account Executive
With more than twelve years of industry experience, Betty has already devoted eight years to our team. She holds a primary responsibility for supervising logistics for major global clients and overseeing specialized container (OOG/Project Cargo) operations. Her meticulous and timely work approach has consistently earned praise from clients.
She takes pleasure in embarking on enriching journeys and embracing new technological advancements.
Shirley Chen
Channel Manager
Shirley has eighteen years of industry experience. Specializing in logistics booking for key ports such as Dalian, Shanghai, Qingdao, Ningbo, Shenzhen, and Zhanjiang in mainland China, along with various other Asian ports, she maintains an unwaveringly passionate work ethic. Her interactions with clients are marked by warmth and affinity, while her proactive exploration of new territories enhances the cooperative experiences for our customers. She finds joy in going on trips and indulging in culinary creativity through cooking.
